Technical Production Services has been set up on the back of 20+ years of technical project management and running busy departments. During this time we noticed that it was really hard to pull in people to help look after parts of a project or the project in its entirety, when you land that extra project or you just need to be able to give your own staff a break, it is all too easy to stretch staff.  Instead of employing more full time people to cover the peaks we fit into your existing team, for a fixed period of time and at a fixed fee, as far as your clients are concerned Technical Production Services are your full time team whilst you only have to pay for us as you need us and not during your quiet times.  Never underestimate the power of saying to someone that is really busy "don't worry about that project I have someone coming in to look after it for you" yes there is a cost at the time but if it keeps employees happy and motivated then they are less move on, saving you training & recruitment costs and keeping the good team you have together.

 

Take a look around our website, you will not see lots of pictures or stories on the latest event we have been involved in, (unless we have special permission from you) that's because we work quietly and confidentially along side you in the background, helping you deliver the promises made to your clients.  We have project managers that can cover off whole projects or specialist individuals with disciplines as needed. We look at projects as though we are your full time staff, with your companies' best interest at heart and we always look to maximise returns on your own equipment and staff first, this is one of the areas that make Technical Production Services so different from other solutions.

 

TPS do not carry kit so there is no incentive for us to work around what we own, we look at what you have in stock, what the requirements of the client and project are and then work from there, we are happy to work alongside your preferred suppliers or can make recommendations and introductions to our contacts as needed.  We can cover whole events or just part of your project large or small.
