Technical Project Management.
We will work closely with you to develop your ideas into deliverables, taking pitch information and concepts through to completion. We can offer a full service or just help boost your team. We pride ourselves on being able to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions to ensure budgets are maximised and objectives delivered.
Extra Staff as and when you need them.
Having run busy technical departments in the past we know how hard it is to always have the staff you need, we can support your team with extra personnel to deliver on a project-by-project base all looking to your client as though we are part of your team. We have specialists in all disciplines of the events industry and will make sure we match the right person to the right project.
Installations
Permanent installations are an area that we have spend a lot of time developing the best processes for, we feel that the key is spending time seeing and talking through your current and future requirements as this enables a flexible, fit for purpose proposal and final system design. We have been involved in numerous successful installations in a range of venue types, from multifunction spaces to places of worship, we pull from all of our live events experience and contacts to deliver creative solutions on budget and sometimes on incredibly tight deadlines.
Touring
As with all market sectors touring has its own set of challenges and rewards, TPS has a wide range of experience working all over the world on different types of tours, from music events to corporate and experiential road shows, we can support your needs to help make the event a sucsess.
CAD / Pre Visualisation Services
Working with most major CAD software, we are able to take design concepts / sketches, turn them into full working documents and technical plans. We have the ability to do photo realistic visuals of proposals and designs, these visuals can really help sell in design concepts to end clients.
We can offer the service of compiling drawings from multiple suppliers and holding the master drawing reissuing it as necessary to make sure everyone is working from the latest plans.
We have links to other CAD specialists who will take our plans and set them up ready for any CAM processes.
Other Areas
Through our network of suppliers we can provide the necessary equipment for your project or to supplement your own stock.
Sometimes you want to look at a special internal project that you can't afford to loose your own staff on, this is an area we love doing, making things easier / more efficient is really rewarding.
We have great links with a professional recording studio onsite at our offices, over the years this has hosted most of the top bands as a studio or rehearsal space.
